FAI Chicago to Hold 2nd Annual Benefit
FAI Chicago will hold its 2nd Annual Benefit on Saturday, October 24, at the beautiful River East Art Center. The event will honor Michelle and Darren Anixter, dedicated advocates on behalf of the food allergy community. Also honored will be Chef Charlie Trotter, whose namesake restaurant, Charlie Trotter's, is regarded as one of the world’s finest.
FAI Chicago’s first benefit, held in 2008, was a great success, selling out and raising $1.2 million. As a result, FAI Chicago is funding important research studies, as well as community education programs at Children’s Memorial Hospital.
